Get to know the passionate individuals who make our community a warm, understanding, and supportive place for neurodivergent children and their families.

Chaniece Lyttle: Our founder and guiding spirit
Mother of 3 Chaniece is the heart and soul behind The Lyttle Wonderminds. As our founder, she orchestrates the administration and tirelessly networks with local groups, schools, and organisations to ensure our community thrives. With her own neurodivergent children, Chaniece understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs families face, driving her passion to create a safe and inclusive haven for everyone.

Charlotte D’Unienville: Our dedicated secretary
Charlotte is our invaluable secretary, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Like many of our team, she brings personal understanding to her role as a parent of a neurodivergent child. Her commitment stems from a genuine desire to support families and help foster connections within our community.

Teresa Coleman: Our incredible fundraiser
Mother of 3 Teresa is a fundraising powerhouse for The Lyttle Wonderminds. Her recent efforts raised well over £1000 in prizes for our raffle, helping us continue our vital work. As a parent of two neurodivergent children, Teresa's drive comes from a deep-seated empathy and a desire to see every family feel supported and understood.

Becky Young: Our creative eye and social media wizard
Becky brings our stories to life through her photography, managing our social media, and leading our marketing efforts. As someone who is neurodivergent herself, with ADHD, Becky offers a unique and invaluable perspective. She is passionate about creating engaging content that truly reflects the spirit of our group and connects with our community.

Rachael Heather Hewitt: One of our dedicated frontline workers
Mother of 2 Rachael is one of our amazing frontline workers, ensuring our children's sessions run smoothly and are well-structured. With her own neurodivergent child, Rachael shares a profound understanding of the needs of the families we support. She is passionate about creating an environment where every child feels included and every parent feels at ease.

Kristeen Wood: Another wonderful frontline worker
Mother of 6 Kristeen is a vital part of our frontline team, dedicated to making sure our children's sessions are both fun and well-organised. Kristeen also makes sure our storage shed is always neat and tidy! Like many of us, Kristeen has neurodivergent children, which fuels her commitment to fostering a welcoming and understanding space. Her passion lies in ensuring that sessions are structured and supportive for all participants.
“We volunteer at The Lyttle Wonderminds because every smile, every cuppa, every chat and every little moment of connection matters. It’s a privilege to help create a space where children and families feel welcome, accepted and understood.”
