Support and understanding at our Parent/Carer Session
Find a safe, welcoming space to connect with other parents and carers who truly understand the journey of raising neurodivergent children.

Feel less alone, together
Our main goal is to help parents and carers of neurodivergent children feel less alone. Our sessions provide a relaxed, welcoming space to have a cuppa, chat with others who understand, share lived experiences, build friendships and feel supported without judgement.
Parents and carers can come along every Wednesday from 10am–12pm to connect with others, ask questions, listen, or simply enjoy being in a safe space where they feel understood. We provide free tea, coffee and biscuits, and there is no pressure to talk. If someone just wants to sit, listen and be around people who get it, that's absolutely fine.

Building connection and confidence
The sessions are informal and based on peer support, lived experience, kindness and connection. We talk about everyday challenges, small wins, school, routines, sensory needs, diagnosis journeys, family life and anything parents or carers feel comfortable sharing.
We hope our sessions help parents and carers who may be feeling isolated, overwhelmed, judged or unsure where to turn for support.
