You are not alone

Supporting a neurodivergent child can be wonderful, but it can also feel overwhelming, isolating and misunderstood at times. At The Lyttle Wonderminds, we want families to feel accepted, supported and part of a community where their child can be themselves without judgement.

Our children's sessions

We offer relaxed children’s sessions every Saturday from 10am–12pm, giving neurodivergent children a safe and welcoming space to play, explore and be themselves. Our aim is to provide a kind, accepting environment where neurodivergent children feel understood, included and free to shine in their own way.

Sensory play

Our sessions include sensory play, soft play, arts and crafts, puzzles, Lego, colouring in, sticker books and games. We understand that every child is different, so there is no pressure to join in with everything.

Reading corner

We have a lovely little library section for children to enjoy, thanks to kind donations from families and volunteers. We are also proud to be a recognised group of The Children’s Book Project. Children can look through a varied selection of books or enjoy quiet reading time or story telling with a parent.

Making friends

Children are encouraged to explore the session in a way that feels comfortable for them and make friends at their own pace.

A warm welcome awaits

There is no pressure and no expectations — just a warm welcome, a cuppa, and people who understand. Your next step is simply to come along to one of our sessions, get in touch, or follow our Facebook page for updates.

Come along and join in the fun!
